As the IT Team Leader, Risk, your role is to support the department manager by managing a team of 15 to 20 professionals (delivery managers, architects, developers, analysts and configuration analysts). You coordinate your unit’s activities, action plans and projects for credit risk and regulatory reporting. You’re assigned to the Risk Management Executive Division and you provide outstanding advisory services for this sector. You support employee development and drive engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment.
