Chef

We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

The Chef will be responsible for:

• creating daily menus based on seasonal ingredients;
• ensuring that all recipes are followed correctly;
• controlling food costs and maintaining high quality standards;
• developing new recipes and menu items;
• preparing meals for special events;
• overseeing the kitchen staff.

The successful candidate must have a solid understanding of food safety regulations, as well as knowledge of different cooking techniques. They should also have outstanding organizational skills and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
