We are looking for a Chef to join our team at our Little India Outlet. He will be responsible for the restaurant Indian Chinese section and preparations of various Indian sauces, Indian gravies and Indian Chinese food. He will develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes, supervise staff, develop and monitor food and labour budget for the department, and maintain the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.
