Job Purpose:
To share the lead for the preparation, cooking and service of food at Fairthorne Manor, and be responsible for the daily supervision of the kitchen to the Organisation’s standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To support the management team in all aspects of preparation, cooking, presentation, serving and clearing up of meals to the Organisation’s standard.
