Based in remote mobile camps across Queensland, this role supports crews by delivering high-quality meals and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
This is a hands-on, autonomous role responsible for running the kitchen end-to-end and contributing to overall camp standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality meals across all services
• Manage full kitchen operations including prep, cooking, cleaning, and stock control
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Support menu planning and inventory management
• Maintain clean, organised, and audit-ready kitchen environments
• Provide a consistent, positive dining experience
• Assist with general camp duties as required (cleaning, laundry, logistics)
