The Position

:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in a busy, fast-paced kitchen at a premier ski resort

  • Follow menu plans and recipes set by the Head Chef, ensuring consistency and quality

  • Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and allergen protocols

  • Monitor portion control and assist in reducing food waste

  • Present dishes to a high standard with attention to detail

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and communicate effectively with front of house staff
  • The Person:

  • Chefs applicants must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment

  • Strong attention to detail in food preparation, presentation, and consistency

  • Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
