Job Description
Job Purpose:
Chemist/NIR Technician is responsible in performing NIR analysis as prescribed in the Work Instruction Manual. He/she is responsible to monitor trend of analysis and report any deviation to the Laboratory Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:
Analyze in the NIR machine sample of raw materials and finished products from Bulacan plant and Toll milling plants.
Release NIR result of raw materials to QA Raw Material/Finished Good Inspector as part of the acceptance criteria.
Issue a Non conformity report for non conforming raw materials to purchasing, followed by a RM disposition slip.
Send a Non conformity report and Request for corrective action (RFCA) for non conforming finished product to Mill Supervisor whether rejected or hold for further evaluation.
Issue finished product disposition.
Prepare samples of finished goods and raw materials both macro and micro accor...
