Responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes involving chemical formulations, coatings, adhesives, polymers, resins, and related materials. This role focuses on process improvement, product quality, cost reduction, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and EHS to drive operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes for chemical products and materials. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improving yield, quality, efficiency, and cost. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues related to chemical processes, raw materials, and equipment.
