Support the development, implementation, and optimization of new polymer-based marking solutions, while enhancing existing polymer formulations. Design, develop, and validate prototypes and proof-of-concept (PoC) samples to demonstrate technology applications. Plan, coordinate, and execute technology implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and delivery timelines. Oversee daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, material sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of experimental results, testing procedures, and technical processes for internal records and external audits.
