Chemical Process Engineer

Job Description – Process Engineer Industry: Agrochemical / Specialty Chemical Manufacturing Job Summary We are looking for a Process Engineer with strong knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, scale-up, and plant optimization to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities Process Operations: Monitor batch manufacturing operations; ensure smooth execution of reactions, distillation, crystallization, filtration and drying; review batch records and process parameters for SOP compliance. Process Optimization: Analyze yield, cycle time, raw material and utility consumption; identify improvement opportunities; support continuous improvement initiatives. Scale-Up & Technology Transfer: Support scale-up from laboratory to pilot and commercial scale; participate in technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing; review SOP, BMR, PFD, BPR and related documents.
