The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research, experiments and analyses to develop new products or processes, optimize existing ones, and troubleshoot problems.

To be considered, the ideal candidate must have a degree in chemistry or a related field, laboratory experience, knowledge of computer programs used in scientific research, and ability to interpret data. Previous experience developing new products is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory research and experiments to develop or improve products and processes.
• Analyze samples and prepare reports summarizing results.
• Maintain accurate records and write technical papers.
• Participate in safety programs and make presentations at conferences or meetings.
