Timings:  AM - PM or AM - PM

Duration: Months (Looking to Convert to FTE)

Travel: Up to % (Montreal region to Chicago).Role Overview:Primary Focus: Equipment implementation (not method development or training).
Current Technologies: Mojani Fat, Mojani Moisture, Vacuum Oven.
New Technology: Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) to replace current methods.
Troubleshooting: Intermediate to strong level required; will involve collaboration with IT and analytical chemists.
Work Style: Collaborative (not independent project leadership).
Team Structure: Approx. people (lab crew, supervisor, quality team, operations leads, technicians).
Languages: Must be proficient in French and English (verbal and written).
Work Environment: On-site at Mount Royal facility (no remote work).
