Chief Accountant

The successful candidate will undertake the organization and supervision of the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with tax and employer obligations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and supervision of the day-to-day operation of the accounting department.

Monitoring and ensuring the correctness of accounting entries.

Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and reports to the Management.

Management of cash flow, payments, collections and reconciliation of bank accounts.

Track supplier requirements, obligations, and agreements.

Submission of VAT, contributions and other tax/employer returns.

Ensuring the proper implementation of Cypriot tax legislation.
