Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall accounting operations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
- Oversee compliance with BIR, SEC, and company policies
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making
- Develop the accounting team
