Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to menu requirements Supervise kitchen staff and maintain kitchen discipline Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed Manage inventory and food supplies Plan menus and maintain quality standards Work on rotating and shift duties as scheduled Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chief Cook or similar role Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work shift duty, weekends, and public holidays Good leadership and communication skills Relevant culinary certification is an advantage Benefits:
