Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the Company's long-term financial success. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for shaping the Company's financial strategy, capital management, governance framework, and overall financial performance while supporting sustainable growth and value creation.

The CFO will oversee all aspects of the finance function, including financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, treasury, taxation, corporate finance, risk management, investor and stakeholder relations, compliance, and internal controls. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Board of Directors, and senior leadership team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions, investment opportunities, and organizational growth.
