BEACON RED is seeking a Chief Instructor – Specialised Infantry to lead and develop a rigorous infantry training programme in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive military experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of instructors.

Your mission will include designing training to meet operational standards, ensuring safety and effectiveness in delivery, and continuously improving training based on feedback and performance metrics.
