Crew & Co are seeking a Chief Mate / OOW to join a well-established 50m Dual-Season Private/Charter M/Y currently based in the Mediterranean, operating a dynamic and active programme with a strong emphasis on crew culture, watersports and long-term fit onboard.

This is a hands‑on operational position suited to a confident and proactive officer who enjoys being heavily involved within all aspects of deck operations. The successful candidate will work closely alongside an experienced British Captain, overseeing navigation, deck operations, chase boat management and guest activities onboard.

The vessel operates with an active owner and family who are heavily involved in watersports and fitness, therefore the ideal candidate should be energetic, fit, confident in the water and genuinely enjoy an active and hands‑on position.
