Strategy & General Operations
- Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans, track progress and ensure target delivery.
- Design, implement and optimize operating frameworks and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for trading support, clearing, settlement and risk control functions, with a focus on operational efficiency, scalability and digital transformation.
- Coordinate cross-department collaboration and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain business relationships with clearing houses (including SGX-DC, CME clearing), exchanges, custodian banks and other key partners.
