Our client is a regional logistics and supply chain services provider with operations spanning warehousing, transportation, and last‑mile delivery across the UAE and GCC. The organisation is entering a scale‑up phase with increased operational complexity and regional demand.

The Chief Operating Officer will have full responsibility for day‑to‑day operations across all logistics verticals. This role will drive operational performance, cost optimisation, and service quality across multi‑site operations. A key mandate will be standardising processes, strengthening operational governance, and improving margin control. The COO will oversee large operational teams and ensure alignment between commercial commitments and delivery capability.
