Pela Terra is a sustainable agriculture investment advisory platform based in Portugal. We work closely with Fund Managers to support the design, launch, and operation of investment funds that acquire and regenerate farmland across the Iberian Peninsula. Our investors are private individuals, family offices, and residency-by-investment applicants who want their capital to do something real on the land. We are a deliberately small, highly efficient, technology-forward team with a flat structure: seven people today, no intention to grow beyond ten.The role

We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer to act as the operational centre of gravity for Pela Terra, professionalising how the firm runs and freeing the founders to focus on strategy, fundraising, and external positioning.
