The Chief Quantity Surveyor oversees all cost planning, budgeting, and commercial management for construction projects, ensuring accurate estimates, effective cost control, and compliance with contract standards.
The role leads QS teams, manages procurement, evaluates variations/claims, and supports project delivery to maximize value and minimize risk.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead cost planning, estimation, and budget management for all project stages.
