Job Description
1. Credit Risk Management (Secured & Unsecured Lending)

Lead policy formulation for underwriting, credit scoring, risk-based pricing, and portfolio management.
Oversee credit approval frameworks for retail, MSME, consumer finance, and asset-backed loans.
Monitor and manage portfolio quality, early warning systems, and stress testing frameworks.
Build advanced analytics models (scorecards, LGD/PD/EAD models) to drive profitable growth.


2. Risk Strategy & Governance

Define and implement the organization's enterprise risk management (ERM) framework.
Establish risk appetite in collaboration with the Board and senior leadership.
