Our client in Cabo delgado is looking for a Chief Security Officer to join their team within the Mining Sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate security strategy aligned with business objectives

Advise executive leadership on security risks, threats, and mitigation plans

Conduct regular threat and vulnerability assessments (physical and operational)

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for site security

Lead internal investigations related to theft, fraud, misconduct, and security breaches

Develop and implement emergency response and crisis management plans

Manage security-related contracts and vendor performance
