Chief Security Officer

The Chief Security Officer is responsible for the overall security and safety of the Bank. He/She leads the development and implementation of security strategies, ensuring compliance with BSP and other government regulations, and safeguarding employees, customers, and bank assets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops, reviews, and improves security and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Implements and manages the Bank’s physical security and safety programs.
• Ensures alignment of security strategies with Bank and parent company standards; collaborates with stakeholders.
• Serves as advisor to leadership on security and safety matters.
• Manages and controls the security and safety budget in coordination with Operations.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees through enforcement of policies.
• Ensures compliance with BSP and other regulatory security requirements.
