Chief Technology Officer

The Chief Technological Officer (CTO) leads the Group’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital innovation initiatives to support business operations and scientific research. The CTO ensures alignment of technology deployment with corporate strategy, oversees adoption of emerging technologies, manages vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

The CTO is responsible for shaping and executing the Group’s technology roadmap, enabling digital transformation, and advancing the application of AI, bioinformatics, and other research technologies to drive scientific discovery and operational efficiency. The role requires strategic vision, technical leadership, and collaboration with R&D, operations, and management teams to enhance competitiveness, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
