Chief Technology Officer

Zurich-based stealth start-up that aspires to bring real estate construction and operations to the 21st century. The AI start-up is actively building the data infrastructure layer for the global real estate environment, reinventing how building data is stored, shared, and used. The founders are two former strategy consultants (McKinsey & Bain) supported by a strong advisory network of former Google employees (e.g., the entrepreneur behind the technology that became Google Maps, and the engineer who built Google Lens). Since its inception in March 2026, the company has already secured its first paying pilot with a global construction company and shows a strong pipeline. To further fuel the growth trajectory and gain momentum, we are looking for a driven, high‑potential CTO to gradually take over full technical responsibility from our network of experts and advisors.
