About The Role
Here at Compass, we are looking for someone who knows how to make a house a home. We are currently expanding and have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and determined Children s Home Registered Managers.
This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home.
We want the very best people managing our children s homes, which is why we are offering a £5,000 relocation bonus to anyone willing to move to take up this role.
This role offers a competitive base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is based on home occupancy and achieving a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
