Children's Residential Support Worker

£34,274 - £40,640 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep ins per month

Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day‑to‑day life. You’ll be there for the highs and lows, helping our young people rebuild their childhood and become well‑rounded adults. The role is rewarding and challenging, but each small victory counts.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day care for young people, ensuring they are ready for school, assisted with homework, and that paperwork is completed efficiently.
• Plan and oversee activities, evenings and weekends, including sports, games, film days, and occasional outings.
• Engage with each young person’s needs, personality and potential, guiding them toward a positive future.
