- Be responsible for NAND and its system’s test solution design, assessment, development and maintenance, including hardware R/D, software development, embedded system development and data analysis.
- Be responsible for automatic test equipment validation, qualification, production environment setup, production maintenance and performance enhancement.
- Participate in new technology and product design and development. Be responsible for R&D test activities from pre-silicon to post-silicon and from wafer level to system level, including Design Validation, Engineering Evaluation, Qualification Support, Failure Analysis and test coverage improvement.
- Collaborate across geographies and departments (PE, MH, Device, Packaging, Firmware/System and Design) to develop and maintenance R&D and mass production test codes to meet requirement of both high quality and short development cycle.
