Scope
CI saving: Coordinate site projects to reach the annual CI Saving Budget
Engage in the deployment and coaching of CI tools
Reports to the CI Manager of Matamoros
Plant: Sites 1 and 2
Main activities
Ensure compliance with the annual savings goal.
Ensure the site's CI Operating Agenda including projects are timely followed
Identifying CI opportunities and guiding others to identify as well
Coach project team leaders in project definition, and project completion
Monitoring implementation progress of CI initiatives
Actively participate in the monthly Cohesive Group meetings
Training and coaching on CI tools and techniques
