Responsibilities and Deliverables 1. Content Shooting & Production Responsibilities • Conduct shoots with the Founder for personal branding on multiple platforms. • Ensure professional-quality lighting, framing, composition, and audio. • Capture weekly lifestyle and BTS footage (if possible) for personal branding. • Set up all equipment and manage camera operations during shoots. • Maintain a consistent shooting style aligned with brand guidelines. • Contribute to basic script structuring and shot sequencing. Deliverables • High-quality footage as per the calendar plan • Well produced vertical videos weekly • Weekly dump content (photos & short clips) 2. Editing & Post-Production Responsibilities • Edit reels with strong pacing, clean subtitles, legal-friendly formatting, and sharp hooks. • Produce polished weekly deliverables with zero compromise on quality. • Maintain a structured archive of all media assets in shared drives.
