**Team/Role Overview**The Learning Advisor (LA) for International West - Legacy Franchises and Mexico has both a geographic responsibility within the International West cluster, as well as responsibility for a particular product across International West.The LA will work closely with the Product Learning team, the Country HR Officers (CHROs) and Citi Country Officer (CCOs) to understand the objectives and needs and implement global learning solutions.The LA will also work with counterparts in International East to ensure a consistent approach and experience for the business and geographies.
