Overview
Arrow is a leader in bulk commodity hauling, reload operations, freight management, logistics, consulting, and technology with operations throughout Canada and the U.S. We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Supervisor for project-based work in Prince George and various locations in BC.
As a Civil Construction Supervisor, you will coordinate/lead your crew and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and in accordance with project requirements. You will organize equipment and labour to ensure efficient work progression from start to finish. Mentoring staff and maintaining site morale is also required of this position.

- Travel to project sites throughout the province may be required
- Competitive pay: $44-$54/hr
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 40-60 hours per week, some weekend work required
