Civil Project Manager - Private Villa Projects

Our client is a Contracting & General Maintenance company and is seeking a hands‑on Project Manager / Senior Civil Engineer to oversee residential villa construction and interior fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi.

The role requires strong site execution capability, particularly in villa construction, finishing works, interior fit‑out coordination, subcontractor management, and consultant approvals. The successful candidate must be capable of managing multiple finishing trades, controlling subcontractors, coordinating fit‑out works, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Manage day‑to‑day construction and fit‑out activities on project sites
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor site productivity and ensure milestones are achieved
