What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Performs various Data Process duties, such as:
  • Providing assistance to clients via phone, email, chat or other channels - answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing product / service information
  • Handling and processing product, service or other orders / requests
  • Handling transactions associated with product / service changes
  • Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems
  • Handling and processing payments
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
• Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client, franchises and other supported stakeholders.
