1. Position Summary  
The Civil Site Engineer – Repairs & Maintenance is responsible for executing and supervising day-to-day civil repair and maintenance works, ensuring all building structures and external infrastructure remain safe, functional, and aesthetically sound. The role includes managing small refurbishments, water-proofing, masonry, and structural safety while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
