Overview
Element has an opportunity for a Civil Material Technician for pile testing site preparation and delivery/collection of samples and preparation of test reports. Candidates should ideally have gained considerable experience in construction material testing either with a commercial test house or contractor.
This position will be based in Abu Dhabi UAE .
Responsibilities
- Conduct different types of pile testing and test set up requirements
- Conducting destructive and non‑destructive test of concrete structures
- Arranging day to day site activities with client
- Able to read engineering drawings
Skills / Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Civils with at least 2 years experience in similar role
- Good communication skills and ability to work in teams and to work under pressure
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
