Claim Manager (Ottawa)

Location: Remote, or if local to an office, hybrid - Kingston, Toronto, or Montreal

Total target compensation (TTC) range for permanent roles: $55,968 - $98,580, which includes salary and target bonus. Base salary component will vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

Role Overview

Claim Manager in the Group Operations team, responsible for applying disability management best practices to handle weekly indemnity and long‑term disability claims within approved authority limits. Works under moderate supervision of the Manager, Life and Disability Claim Management.
