Overview
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Handle specific class of business, US and International Errors and Omissions, claims for which claims authority has been agreed with the Head of Claims
Ensure the Syndicate meets internal and external standards for claims handling and customer service
Manage end to end claims processes through the use of Syndicate systems
Maintain positive relationships with clients and brokers and third-party experts
Qualifications required:
Part ACII qualified or working towards ACII would be advantageous
Experience required:
Demonstrable claims background within Errors and Omissions is essential
Technically sound claims knowledge
Working knowledge of London market claims systems (ECF)
