As a property and casualty insurance claims advisor, you help serve and maintain business relationships with members and clients for all claims. You handle medium‑complexity property insurance claims and low‑complexity accident benefit and bodily injury claims. You investigate and approve claims, use analytical skills and discipline‑specific knowledge to solve problems, draw on sound decision‑making to develop solutions, negotiate claims settlements and enter into agreements with members, clients, third parties and others. You assist members, clients and practitioners, and interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

• Conduct investigations and inspections to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, and produce and review reports and other documents to determine settlement amounts.
