About the RoleThe Claims Analyst is responsible for prompt and efficient analysis of claim documents and communication received by internal/external clients.Analysts process claim documents including set up of new claims, correspondence with clients and partners, and processing financial updates in the system.They are also responsible to set efficient Technical Approval on Low/Flow claims.They work within the team to resolve issues and improve processes by performing root cause analysis.Analyst I's Maintain data quality overall and create consistency between the information in the system and the treaty or contract.This person should be self-motivated with analytical skills and attention to detail.This person must be able to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to navigate through periods of change and ambiguity.Core Responsibilities:- Set up new claims including, but not limited to, initial review, coverage analysis, selection of the correct Business, Main Line of Business...
