The Role
As a strategic pillar of our Life Operations unit, you will oversee the delivery of our group life insurance offering. You’ll head an operational engine of 60+ specialists, leading through 5 direct Team Leaders across claims, underwriting, and member servicing.
Location: Brisbane (Hybrid – 2 days in-office).
Focus: Scaling operational excellence while maintaining deep member empathy.
