Within the organisation sits a highly specialised internal commercial and contract advisory division that operates as a centre of excellence across live projects.

As part of continued growth and increasing project complexity across Switzerland, they are seeking a Claims Manager/Claims Specialist to strengthen their contractual risk management and entitlement capability. This role will focus on proactive claims preparation, drafting, and contractual protection across major infrastructure programmes.
