Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Driver We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a well-established general haulage operator based in Rugeley (WS15 1QU). This role offers consistent afternoon and evening starts, straightforward curtain-side work, and ongoing shifts for reliable drivers. As a Class 1 Driver , your duties will include: Completing general haulage deliveries and collections Driving curtain-side articulated vehicles Making 13drops per shift depending on route Ensuring loads are secured correctly and transported safely Completing PODs, delivery notes, and transport paperwork Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Hours: Start times between 3:00pm and 6:00pm Typical shifts of 1012 hours Monday to Friday ongoing work Weekend work available Requirements: Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card Previous Class 1 general haulage experience preferred Maximum 6 points on licence (no DR/DD/IN) Safety boots & hi-vis vest Keywords: Class 1 Dri...
