Overview
Job Title: Class 2 Driver
Location: Glasgow
Pay Rates: Earn £16.07 to £18.00 p/h
Shifts: Monday to Friday - 06:00 start times
Overtime: Occassional Saturdays
Driver Type: Class 2
Experience: 12 months Class 2 tipper experience is essential
Opportunity: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)
Role & Responsibilities
- Driving and operating a Class 2 tipper vehicle
- Collections & deliveries as required
- Planning routes efficiently to maximise productivity
- Delivering a professional service at collection points
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Completing digital paperwork via tablet systems
- Working in line with WTD, drivers’ hours and waste duty of care
About you
