Classifier Position

**OVERVIEW**
Working as Brokerage Classifier you will be a strategic link between Customs Broker team & Trade Compliance Department.
Your main responsibility will be collaborating with the classification team to assign HTS code for the part numbers previously to the importation or exportation.
This individual will report to the Mexico Trade Compliance Manager while helping continue research, create solutions, and enforce compliance throughout Mexico.
Some key areas supported by this team include Trade Compliance, Customs Brokers, and Sales Teams.
R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S:
- Enforcing company policy with regards to Customs & Compliance.
- Development & training to the Trade Compliance Team about TIGIE.
- Responsible to assign the HTS code for the items will be import and export outside Mexico.
- Responsible for maintaining the data base of HTS Codes for Imports and Exports.
- Database management excel advanced.
