We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily and strategic operations of a cleaning services business. This role involves supervising a large field team ensuring contract delivery maintaining service quality and managing client relationships.

• Lead and manage supervisors drivers and cleaners across multiple locations
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and service contracts
• Handle client acquisition retention and complaint resolution
• Coordinate manpower planning recruitment and training
• Ensure health and safety standards are met on all job sites
• Manage inventory procurement and logistics of cleaning supplies
• Monitor operational costs and suggest efficiency improvements
• Generate performance and compliance reports for management
