The Technical Lead will provide support. They will provide strategic direction, training, and support across the organization. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Lead equipment troubleshooting activities Assist in maintenance activities as needed 
  
Fill in for Supervisor when necessary 
Ensure safety, FDA rules & GDP Regulations are enforced Monitor Associates and machines for safety 
Maintain area of responsibility with proper 5S
