Client Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Accountant, to join our Client Accounts – Corporate Team. This department plays a key role in managing the accounting, tax, compliance, and company secretary obligations for our Spain client base.

• Manage a portfolio of clients operating in Spain and other EU jurisdictions, overseeing accounting, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and payroll engagements in line with Spanish and EU requirements.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements, tax computations, and VAT filings in accordance with Spanish accounting standards and applicable tax legislation.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory and tax filings with the Agencia Tributaria (AEAT), Mercantile Registry, and other relevant authorities.
• Support clients with company incorporation, corporate changes, deregistration, and related corporate secretarial and banking requirements.
